The Sogno di Pasta store, opened in 2016 by Patrick Hulsman, is located in a monumental building in a beautiful location in the center of Haarlem: Zijlstraat 59. A location that is easy to reach. Sogno di Pasta is literally a family business and is run by owner Patrick, his wife Monique and son Filip Hulsman. In the foreground and in the store you will mainly have contact with Patrick and Filip, who take care of the purchase and sale of a large assortment of special and authentic Italian products.
