Inside Sales Representative

What will you be doing at PURE by Jasaco? You will provide customer-oriented service in an international B2B environment. You will be responsible for the accurate order processing from the moment of placement to the delivery of products. Your responsibilities include the commercial follow-up of customers: Registering orders in the software system placed through the webshop, via email, or by phone. Receiving and guiding customers in the showroom. Creating documents related to orders. Communicating with B2B customers and providing appropriate responses to inquiries. Ensuring that the software system and associated administration are always up to date.
