Webshop Rates

Order on time to benefit from the low early booking rate. Check here for the early booking rate deadline.

After the early booking rate expires, a surcharge of 30% applies. Certain products, such as printed materials, can only be ordered during the early booking period.

Placing additional orders after the webshop has closed is only possible during setup at the exhibitor desk.

Please note:

  • A 100% surcharge applies for requesting technical provisions during setup.
  • Only a limited selection is available during setup and while supplies last.
  • Deliveries of additional orders placed via the webshop always take priority over orders placed during setup.

Cancellations of additional orders can be made up to 15 days before the event starts. After that, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Printed materials such as seamless prints, printed panels, and stickers cannot be canceled.

Webshop items are rented and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or the suppliers. In case of damage and/or loss, the costs will be charged to the exhibitor.
