Access & Stand personel
Below you will find all important information about access to the event during setup, dismantling, and the event days themselves. Make sure you are well prepared and follow all access rules.
Stand personel
Register your stand staff in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage the stand – Stand personnel – Manage personnel). During setup, you can collect the badges with the barcode at the exhibitors’ reception.
Catering vouchers
All exhibitors receive 2 catering vouchers per event day, which grant access to the exhibitors’ restaurant. Additional catering vouchers can be ordered via the webshop. The catering vouchers, including any extra ordered vouchers, can be collected at the exhibitors’ reception on the last setup day and the first event day.
Exhibitors’ restaurant opening hours:
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Lunch box pickup: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Parking tickets
All exhibitors receive 2 parking tickets per event day, allowing free exit from the parking area. If you need extra parking tickets, you can order them in advance via the webshop or purchase them on-site at the parking machine. The parking tickets, including any additional ordered tickets, can be collected at the exhibitors’ reception on the last setup day and the first event day.
Accessibility
By car
Junction Gorinchem (A27/A15) towards Nijmegen (A15). Take exit Gorinchem-East (exit 28). At the traffic lights, turn left and follow the dynamic signage.
Parking
There are 2,200 parking spaces around Evenementenhal Gorinchem, where you can park your vehicle for €10 per day.
Are you coming by bike? A free bicycle parking facility is also available in the parking area.
Public stransport
Evenementenhal Gorinchem is easily accessible by public transport. From Gorinchem station, you can take line 387. Get off at the nearest stop, Griendweg, and it's just an 8-minute walk to Evenementenhal Gorinchem.
