To enhance the visitor experience during the show, all exhibitors will receive one or more badge readers. This depends on the package. This is part of the EasyGo offer. The wireless sensor transmits the product and company information you have uploaded in My Easyfairs.
*N.B. The badge reader you rent remains the property of Poken NV. Unreturned badge readers will be charged in the amount of €500.
How does it work?
By simply scanning their badge with the badge reader, your visitors will receive your product and company information uploaded via My Easyfairs via email the morning after your trade show visit.
1. Pick up your ready-to-use badge reader at the Business Point / Exhibition Secretariat during the build-up day.
2. Place the badge reader on your booth: in your visitor’s line of sight, easily accessible and at the right height for easy scanning. Need advice? We are here for you!
3. Apply the green sticker where you want your badge reader.
4. Remove the strip on your bath reader and immediately place it on the green sticker. You may also use your own removable adhesive.
5. The batteries of the bath reader last a whole fair.
6. Return the badge reader to the Business Point/Fair Secretariat at the end of the day on the last day of the fair.
7. If you have GoLeads, GoPlus or GoPremium, you will receive the list of visitors who scanned the badge reader(s) at your booth. You can also access that information through My Easyfairs.
If you have Go Visibility, you can still upgrade to another package to get the list of visitors who scanned the badge reader(s) at your booth.
